Getting Here
Warrawong Plaza is conveniently located in the heart of Warrawong.
From the Highway If you’re coming off the M1 Princes Motorway, take the Warrawong/Kembla Grange Exit. Follow the signs to Northcliffe Drive and continue along the road for approximately 10 minutes until you arrive at Warrawong Plaza.
From Wollongong If you’re coming from Wollongong, follow Springhill Road for 10 minutes, and turn left on to Five Islands Road which turns in to King Street. Warrawong Plaza will be on the left with access available via our Cowper and Northcliffe Drive entrances.
From Shellharbour If you’re coming from Shellharbour, follow Shellharbour Road for 10 minutes as it turns into Windang Road. As you arrive in Warrawong, you will see Warrawong Plaza on your right, with the best access from our Northcliffe Drive entrance.
Parking
With over 1650 car parking spots in our centre, including disabled and parents with prams spots conveniently located near all entrances, we strive to offer you the most convenient shopping experience. Warrawong Plaza is pleased to offer our valued customers FREE undercover and rooftop parking. Access to our car parks is available via the via King St, Cowper St and Northcliffe Drive entrances. For extra convenience, VIP parking is also available on the rooftop for $3 per day. Best access to VIP and rooftop carpark is via the ramp off Cowper Street.
Please note: The undercover carpark entrance and exit clearances are 1900mm.
Best parking for Hoyts is off the Northcliffe Drive entrance, in the undercover car park. Just follow the signs for Hoyts.
Arriving by Bus
Warrawong Plaza is located on Routes 34, 43, 51, 53, 57 and 65. All Premier buses accept Opal Card. Check out the Premier bus timetables here.
Arriving by Taxi
Call Wollongong Radio Cabs on 131 008 to book a taxi.

Reception is located on level 2.
Reception can assist you with gift card purchases, lost property, mobility scooters and any other enquires.

We make gift giving easy with our Warrawong Plaza Gift Card.
Redeemable at all stores where EFTPOS is available (except Hoyts). Recipients of the gift card can choose to shop for essentials, upgrade on the latest electronics, spoil a loved one at one of our cafes or restaurants or buy the latest fashion accessory.
Available from $5 up to $250 (higher denominations available in Centre), the Warrawong Plaza Gift Card can be purchased at the Reception on Level 2 or online and is valid for a period of 36 months from the issue date. All funds must be redeemed before the expiry date.

Parents Room
Our Parents’ Rooms cater to parents with children of all ages, offering access to private feeding areas, amenities and baby change areas within a comfortable, clean environment. Parents’ Rooms are located:
Level 1: next to You & All
Level 2: next to Kids Playworld.
Kids Play Area
Warrawong Plaza offers a free kids play area, which is open during core trading hours. Parental supervision is required at all times. Located on Level 2, at the top of the travellator.
Lost Property
If you think you may have lost something whilst at Warrawong Plaza you can report this at Reception , located on Level 2 or phone (02) 4276 1566. If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to reception, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.
