Terms & Conditions

  1. The campaign period is every night from 5pm, starting on Saturday 19th October and ending on Friday 15th November.
  2. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. To claim your free dinner, customers must follow the instructions outlined below.
  3. To qualify for the free dinner, customers must download their coupon by filling out all required details on the campaign landing page available at www.warrawongplaza.com.au or pick up a coupon from the Concierge Desk on Level 1.
  4. Participating stores include Rashays Casual Dining, Chong Co. Thai Restaurant & Bar, Sugar Rush Dessert Bar, Fat Man’s Burgers & Grill and Sushi Hub Restaurant. These stores are located on Level 1, at Warrawong Plaza’s casual dining precinct The Place.
  5. The “Promoter” is Swordfish Australian Sub TC Pty Ltd (in its capacity as The Trustee for Warrawong Trust ABN 13 827 578 007)

  6. Customers must show the coupon at the participating retailer either on their smart phones, by handing over the hard copy coupon, or print out of email.
  7. The second meal must be from the same store that the original meal has been purchased from.
  8. Dine in only, excludes Takeaway or Home Delivery.
  9. Second meal must be of equal or lesser value to the first meal. Coupon does not include drinks, unless otherwise stated by the restaurant.
  10. There is a limit of one voucher per person, per store, per day, and is not to be used in-conjunction with any other offer.
  11. The offer is valid only while stocks last. The promotion is capped at 2,774 free meals in total.
  12. Coupons must be redeemed by Friday 15th November.
  13. Restaurants will be reimbursed $30 per coupon redeemed at their store., reimbursement will be directly deposited into their rent.
  14. Only customers aged 13 years and over can participate.
  15. Each restaurant will have their own additional Terms & Conditions that must be followed.
  16. The coupon cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  17. Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Warrawong Plaza and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are eligible to enter.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any person.
  19. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen vouchers once they are claimed and the voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the offer.
  21. Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
    1. advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the Concierge Desk in the shopping centre;
    2. promptly destroy all entries received; and
    3. not use the personal information you have provided.
  22. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of using the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  23. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.



  1. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoters needs to collect personal information about each claimant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities.
  2. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of claiming a gift that the claimant agrees to being entered into the Warrawong Plaza database.
  3. The Promoters, JLL may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant and for such other purposes as set out in the JLL Privacy Policy.
  4. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoters.  All personal details of claimants will be stored in accordance with the JLL Privacy Policy. Upon the claimant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database.
  5. To request details to be removed, please email marketing@warrawongplaza.com.au. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the Centre’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
  6. Any complaints regarding the treatment of personal information should also be directed to privacyinfo@ap.joneslanglasalle.com and will be dealt with by the Promoters in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
